Hint:  A lot of our guests mail checks to use weekly or monthly as sort of a “vacation savings account”.  Many families find that this is an effective way to set aside their vacation money bit-by-bit.  We’ve all felt the pinch of a tough economy and the need to tighten our belts.  Use this tool if it helps your family budget.

Cancellations & Refunds:  Refund of your security deposit is provided to you less a $50 service fee so long as you cancel your reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date.  If you cancel your reservation within 30 days or less then we will retain your deposit unless we are able to fill your reservation with another party.

If you have a reservation that is fewer than 5 nights then we reserve the right to reassign to a cabin of equal or greater capacity at our sole discretion.
