Jim Orcutt’s Guided Fishing Trips
Do you want to get a pro’s jump on Bear Island Lake?  Or maybe you want to explore one of our Boundary Water Lakes.  In either case, Jim is your guide!  He will meet with you and your party the evening before your guided expedition and will listen carefully to what you want.  You will then make plans for the following day.  Once you arrive at your destination lake – whether that be Bear Island Lake or another – Jim’s boat will be stocked with everything you and your fishing party need for a day on the lake. 

You will chose from ½ day or full-day packages.  And for full-day excursions you can order Jim’s fantastic Shore Lunch Package.  Yep – you’ll eat whatever you caught that morning and take a break from the action.  Then it’s back on the boat to knock out the remainder of the afternoon. 

Jim’s favorite memories as a guide range from his father/son trips when the child lands his first keeper to the times that he provides a guided experience for our more mature guests that finally get to cross “take a guided fishing trip in the Boundary Waters” off of their bucket list!

½ day trips (4 hours) are $200 for 1 or 2 guests.  Additional guests are $25 per.
Full day trips (8 hours are $350 for 1 or 2 guests.  Additional guests are $50 per.
Add Shore Lunch at a cost of $25 for 1 or 2 guests.  Additional guests are $5 per.
